Meet connected mixes

Family connections

Shared backgrounds, individual dogs. A mix name does not predict traits.

The beginning

Puppy days

Introduce people, sounds and gentle handling gradually, using rewards. Teach settling alongside short lessons, and provide frequent toilet opportunities and undisturbed sleep between experiences.

Your everyday

Adult life

An adult remains a working dog: retain physical exercise, scent tasks and training. Use known behaviour to plan introductions and practice quiet, reliable everyday manners.

Everyday care

Brush the thick double coat regularly and remove loose undercoat during shedding. Daily active outings need mental work too, such as searching, learning or suitable sports.

Worth planning for: Strength, endurance and working interests require daily effort; shedding adds a regular cleaning commitment in the home.
