Meet connected mixes

Family connections

Shared backgrounds, individual dogs. A mix name does not predict traits.

The beginning

Puppy days

Start rewarding loose-lead walking, calm greetings and settling while the puppy is manageable. Introduce people and environments positively, and keep household rules consistent from arrival.

Your everyday

Adult life

Maintain social learning alongside walks, swimming or tracking games. Reinforce reliable manners around doors and visitors, with secure management that accounts for the dog's physical strength.

Everyday care

Brush the coarse short coat weekly, increasing attention during seasonal shedding. Provide substantial daily exercise and training, with regular baths, nail care and tooth brushing.

Worth planning for: Territorial responses and powerful play need management; small children should never be expected to control this dog.
